If you are also a working mom over 40 you understand what I mean when I say that you have hardly any time to yourself to just BE. I’m constantly watching the clock, adjusting schedules and times to take care of everyone’s needs and its both rewarding and exhausting all in one.

I work full time in healthcare, so my daily routine consists of making sure my family is taken care of and then when I clock in at the job I have to assure the wellbeing of however many patients I have on caseload for the day. Nurturing others is a full time job whether they be family or a stranger I just met that day.

At the end of the day its homework and meals and getting ready for the next day. When the weekend comes its grocery shopping, cleaning, taking care of neglected tasks around the house from the week and getting ready for the next week ahead.

This blog is to be helpful to other moms discussing lifestyle issues, recipes, shopping deals and more.

Please join in and message me with your thoughts and insights. If you sign up for my newsletter I will share with you the 7 best money saving apps that I use every week and I am working on meal plans and more to share with you~
