If you are looking for something new and full of flavor to make if you enjoy
a low carb meal here is something good for you to try and actually enjoyable to make:
Kielbasa Cabbage Stir Fry
Lots of flavors and ingredients all cooked together on the stove top in a pan or wok if you have one. The majority of your time prepping is chopping everything up, but once that is done you can get cooking!
One thing that is a stress reliever for me is cooking something new, finding a new recipe and either following directions to a T or making it my own.
This recipe is one of those that you can do that with. Want it to be spicy? Add all the hot sauce you want or buy a spicy brand of sausage. When I was shopping for the ingredients for this recipe I was actually surprised as to how many flavors of kielbasa there actually are to choose from.
This is the kind of stuff that is enjoyable to make, and all spices are added to taste so feel free to improvise and add your own. I did get the low sodium kielbasa when I made this as it can make it really salty, that way you can add salt as you would like or not at all according to your diet.
Let me know what you add to this dish to make it your own. Cook the vegetables as to your preference, I like mine to still have a little bit of crunch to them, not overdone. Enjoy!
